About the Role

Codimite is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Trainee Business Analyst to support project teams in gathering requirements, engaging with customers, and contributing to innovative software solutions.

What You Will Do

• Gather and document business requirements from clients and internal teams
• Attend client and stakeholder meetings to understand project needs and objectives
• Communicate and coordinate with customers, developers, and other teams
• Translate business requirements into clear functional specifications
• Prepare meeting notes, requirement documents, and project-related documentation
• Support project coordination and follow up on tasks and action items
• Assist in testing and validating solutions to ensure customer requirements are met
• Conduct basic research and analysis to support project activities
• Contribute to improving business analysis processes and practices

What You Need

• 6 to 12 months of prior experience, preferably in the IT industry
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
• Confidence in interacting with clients and stakeholders
• Ability to work effectively with different teams
• Good organizational and time-management skills
• Eagerness to learn new technologies and business processes
• Proactive attitude and willingness to take initiative
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced work environment
• Basic knowledge of software development concepts as an added advantage
• Strong interest in customer engagement and business analysis
• A 60 to 90 second application video introducing yourself, describing a solved problem, and explaining your role and outcome (max 20MB, uploaded as a ZIP or PDF link)
