About the Role

Codimite is seeking an enthusiastic and tech-oriented individual to join the talent acquisition team as a trainee or associate. In this position, you will serve as the initial point of contact for prospective candidates while gaining hands-on experience in technology recruitment and candidate relations within a fast-paced environment.

What You Will Do

• Source prospective IT professionals utilizing LinkedIn and relevant external job boards.
• Assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit through CV reviews and initial telephone or video screenings.
• Coordinate interview timetables between applicants and technical hiring managers to ensure a smooth candidate experience.
• Update and manage candidate records and feedback within the Applicant Tracking System.
• Support the promotion of recruitment initiatives by helping organize university career fairs, technology meetups, and social media content.
• Prepare offer letters and collaborate with HR operations to facilitate a seamless onboarding process for new employees.

What You Need

• Zero to one year of corporate internship experience within the IT sector.
• Fluent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Tech proficiency, including familiarity with Google Workspace, LinkedIn, and the ability to quickly learn new software platforms like Applicant Tracking Systems and LinkedIn Recruiter.
• A foundational understanding of various software development roles.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, strong networking abilities, comfort with phone communication, and the capacity to thrive in a startup-style atmosphere.
• Freshers who have a strong passion for human resources are also encouraged to apply.
