Pavago is assisting a client in hiring an experienced Recruiter for a remote position. The role focuses on managing full-cycle recruitment, candidate sourcing, and maintaining organized talent pipelines.

About the Role

A client of Pavago is seeking a dedicated Recruiter to manage end-to-end talent acquisition processes and build robust candidate pipelines. You will handle proactive sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and ATS record maintenance across multiple open roles.

What You Will Do

• Source qualified candidates utilizing LinkedIn, job databases, and professional recruiting channels
• Conduct initial screening interviews to evaluate candidate experience, skills, and overall fit
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers while tracking schedules and feedback
• Maintain accurate, organized candidate records and statuses within the Applicant Tracking System
• Monitor recruiting KPIs, track hiring metrics, and support offer coordination

What You Need

• At least 2 years of experience in recruiting, sourcing, or talent acquisition roles
• Proven experience sourcing passive candidates and managing multiple open positions simultaneously
• Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and ATS platforms
• Excellent spoken and written English communication skills
• Strong organizational abilities and comfort working independently in a remote setting

Work Arrangement

• Full-time remote work schedule aligned with U.S. business hours
