About the Role

We are looking for a dedicated undergraduate trainee to join our talent acquisition team and assist with daily recruitment and HR lifecycle activities. This six-month internship provides practical exposure to global corporate HR operations in a supportive environment.

What You Will Do

• Schedule and confirm candidate interviews
• Update candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
• Prepare talent acquisition reports when needed
• Help organize company events and careers days
• Create attractive flyers and presentations following brand guidelines

What You Need

• Undergraduate student in Business Management, Human Resources Management, or an equivalent discipline
• Excellent interpersonal skills with strong verbal and written communication
• Availability for a full-time six-month internship commitment

Work Arrangement

• Full-time six-month internship based in Colombo, offering hybrid work opportunities
