About the Role

Oceans is seeking an Architectural Visualization & AI Automation Specialist for a high-end architecture and interior design studio operating across international markets. You will build an end-to-end automation infrastructure from scratch to streamline visualization pipelines and business workflows.

What You Will Do

Analyze visualization workflows and automate 3D-to-photorealistic rendering pipelines using SketchUp and AutoCAD.
Develop automation solutions to convert approved 3D designs into precise 2D design development sets while preserving millimeter-level accuracy.
Design, build, test, and maintain custom AI agents, automated scripts, and integration workflows from scratch.
Conduct operational discovery sessions with international team members and build a prioritized, studio-wide automation roadmap.
Establish quality assurance protocols, author comprehensive SOPs, and lead training to support team adoption across international locations.

What You Need

Professional experience within an architecture or interior design studio demonstrating a deep understanding of production workflows and drawing conventions.
Advanced hands-on proficiency in SketchUp and AutoCAD, alongside practical experience using modern AI platforms like Claude or Astra.
Strong capability in operational process mapping, workflow discovery, feasibility assessment, and technical documentation creation.
A resourceful, detail-oriented, and technically curious mindset comfortable building automation infrastructure from scratch.
