About the Role

Sysco LABS is seeking an enthusiastic Talent Acquisition Intern to support our recruitment team across the entire hiring lifecycle, from initial job postings to candidate onboarding.

What You Will Do

• Provide administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team throughout the recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding
• Schedule and coordinate interviews, assessments, and related recruitment activities
• Communicate with candidates, provide status updates, and gather necessary documentation
• Enter Talent Acquisition and Resource Management data into internal databases while conducting quality checks for accuracy
• Generate reports and assist the Talent Acquisition and MIS teams with administrative tasks
• Comply with data integrity and security policies while maintaining high data entry hygiene

What You Need

• A Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized local or foreign university, or an equivalent qualification; undergraduates are also welcome to apply
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time proactively
• Strong teamwork and collaboration abilities
• High attention to detail with accurate data entry skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
• Hands-on experience in Excel and working with online databases as an added advantage
