About the Role

MAS Holdings is seeking an intern to join the Group Human Resource Operations team based in Battaramulla to support ongoing projects and administrative functions.

What You Will Do

• Conduct legal research and current state analysis
• Assist in drafting and reviewing HR-related policies
• Consolidate meeting minutes and assist in preparation
• Organize and coordinate the quarterly Compliance Forum
• Conduct relevant follow-ups with parties involved to ensure tasks are completed on time
• Collaborate with various plants and divisions to support GHR operations
• Coordinate administrative tasks and contribute to project-related activities
• Assist the Operations team with ongoing projects and administrative duties
• Perform additional tasks as assigned by management or superiors
• Support timely and accurate data collation
• Assist in preparing and circulating reports to stakeholders to facilitate informed decision-making

What You Need

• Reading a bachelor’s degree in business management, International Relations, or International Business Management
• Prior knowledge or experience in Law is preferable
• Prior work experience as an intern is an added advantage

Work Arrangement

• Full-time, based at Battaramulla
