About the Role

IFS is seeking a dedicated HR Shared Services Intern to help deliver an exceptional employee experience and embed company values globally. You will serve as a primary contact for HR inquiries, managing end-to-end employee lifecycle processes from onboarding to off-boarding.

What You Will Do

• Handle administrative document processing for the employee lifecycle, ensuring compliance with company standards.
• Update and manage employee records within the IFS Thor Cloud system following standard operating procedures.
• Respond to and resolve support tickets submitted via Assyst from internal HR teams and managers in a timely manner.
• Provide first-line assistance for IFS Thor Cloud queries, investigating and resolving errors efficiently.
• Assist in maintaining data quality by promptly correcting inaccuracies such as incorrect reporting lines and managing document uploads.

What You Need

• Undergraduate or graduate degree in a Human Resources discipline preferred.
• Suitable for candidates with up to 6 months to 1 year of internship experience.
• Prior hands-on experience with HRIS systems is a plus.
• Previous internship experience within the IT industry or a shared services environment is beneficial.
