About the Role

MAS Holdings is seeking an enthusiastic intern to join their Group Human Resource Operations team based in Battaramulla. This internship provides hands-on exposure to corporate HR functions, policy development, and compliance management within a leading global organisation.

What You Will Do

• Conduct legal research and current state analysis
• Assist in drafting and reviewing HR-related policies
• Consolidate meeting minutes and assist in preparation
• Organize and coordinate the quarterly Compliance Forum
• Conduct relevant follow-ups with parties involved to ensure tasks are completed on time
• Collaborate with various plants and divisions to support GHR operations
• Coordinate administrative tasks and contribute to project-related activities
• Assist the Operations team with ongoing projects and administrative duties
• Support timely and accurate data collation
• Assist in preparing and circulating reports to stakeholders to facilitate informed decision-making
• Perform additional tasks as assigned by management or superiors

What You Need

• Currently reading a bachelor’s degree in business management, International Relations, or International Business Management
• Prior knowledge or experience in Law is preferred
• Prior work experience as an intern will be an added advantage

Work Arrangement

• Full-time internship
• Based at Battaramulla
