About the Role

Pulse iD is seeking a Senior Product Manager to oversee digital products and drive end-to-end product delivery within a fast-paced technology environment. You will bridge business needs and technical capabilities to deliver scalable solutions for top-tier global clients.

What You Will Do

• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize functional, technical, and user experience product requirements.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams like development, design, and marketing to ensure smooth product delivery.
• Analyze market trends, competitor offerings, and customer feedback to guide product roadmap decisions.
• Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and ensure clear documentation throughout the development lifecycle.
• Monitor key performance metrics to evaluate product performance and identify optimization opportunities.

What You Need

• Bachelor degree in Business, Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 plus years of experience in Product Management, Product Ownership, or Business Analysis within a software product environment.
• Proven experience managing complex digital products involving multiple stakeholders, integrations, and technical dependencies.
• Preferred background in FinTech, digital banking, payments platforms, credit card systems, loyalty rewards, e-commerce, or AI personalization products.
• Strong understanding of Agile delivery methodologies, roadmap planning, feature prioritization, and user story creation.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to translate business problems into technical requirements.
