About the Role

Sysco LABS is seeking a Project Management Intern to support project and engineering managers in driving the execution of large-scale digital commerce initiatives. This role provides hands-on exposure to Agile delivery, project governance, and cross-functional coordination within a global engineering environment.

What You Will Do

• Support Scrum ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives
• Assist in tracking sprint commitments, velocity, cycle time, and maintaining delivery trackers
• Ensure Jira boards and Confluence documentation are accurate, up to date, and aligned with agreed workflows
• Act as a process facilitator and tooling coordinator for Jira and related systems
• Take meeting minutes, follow up on action items, and assist in monitoring risks and dependencies
• Prepare stakeholder updates and status reports while identifying opportunities to improve team efficiency

What You Need

• Currently pursuing a degree or diploma in Project Management, Engineering, IT, Information Systems, Business, or a related field
• Basic understanding of Agile and Scrum principles, with familiarity in Jira and Confluence
• Good working knowledge of Excel and the ability to work systematically with multiple tools and data sources
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with high attention to detail and accountability
• Strong analytical, organizational, and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment
• A proactive and curious mindset, willing to ask questions, propose improvements, and own follow-ups
