About the Role

Radisson Blu Hotel, Galadari Colombo is offering an intensive 18-month Management Trainee Program designed to launch ambitious graduates into leadership pathways within luxury hospitality.

What You Will Do

• Choose and train in a preferred track including Food & Beverage, Culinary, Finance, Front Office, or Housekeeping.
• Progress through a five-lap selection process consisting of initial screening, a 60-second video elevator pitch, online personality profiles, a full-day physical Assessment Center with an aptitude test, and final executive interviews.

What You Need

• Fresh hospitality graduates or candidates with 0 to 1 year of professional experience or internships.
• High-potential internal industrial trainees from the BluStart program looking to fast-track their growth.
• High ambition, curiosity, strong communication skills, and readiness to step into leadership.

Work Arrangement
