About the Role

GXA is seeking an experienced Senior Systems Engineer to act as a primary escalation point for complex technical issues in a managed services environment. This role focuses on resolving advanced infrastructure and networking challenges, minimizing recurring escalations, and supporting technical maturity across service teams.

What You Will Do

• Resolve advanced service and infrastructure tickets across Microsoft 365, Azure, Active Directory, virtualization platforms, and core servers
• Design, configure, and troubleshoot enterprise networking components including firewalls, VLANs, routing, switching, and VPNs
• Own complex troubleshooting from root cause analysis through to permanent resolution without unnecessary cross-team dependencies
• Produce clear documentation and resolution notes to elevate the troubleshooting capabilities of junior engineering teams
• Partner with service leadership to improve operational workflows, standards, and overall service delivery

What You Need

• Senior-level managed services (MSP) support experience acting in an L3 or senior escalation capacity
• Strong, hands-on technical expertise spanning Microsoft 365, Azure, Active Directory, Exchange, and Windows Server
• Proven practical networking experience including firewall configuration, routing, VLANs, and VPN connectivity
• Demonstrated ability to own tickets end-to-end and implement permanent root cause fixes
• Excellent communication skills for explaining technical issues to diverse stakeholders
