About the Role

Axiata Digital Labs is seeking an experienced Operational Risk & Assurance Manager on a contract basis to oversee risk frameworks, business continuity, and compliance assurance.

What You Will Do

• Manage the operational risk register, establish Key Risk Indicators, and present monthly risk reports to leadership.
• Facilitate monthly reviews with verticals to resolve overdue items, SLA gaps, and deliverables.
• Execute quarterly risk and control self-assessments and monitor incident tracking to closure.
• Oversee business continuity plans, conduct annual failover testing, and map workforce operational risks.
• Drive maturity assessments against security frameworks, ensure SOP compliance, and maintain audit readiness.

What You Need

• Six to ten years of background in operational risk, internal audit, or banking risk units.
• Bachelor's degree in Risk Management, Finance, Business, Information Systems, or related fields.
• Demonstrated expertise in risk registers, RCSA, KRIs, issue tracking, and BCP/BCM practices.
• Strong data-driven analytical skills with the ability to work independently and communicate effectively with senior teams.
• Professional certifications such as CISA, CRISC, CIA, or ISO standards are highly preferred.
