About the Role

As Chief of Staff to the Head of Diver Success at Oceans, you will act as a strategic and tactical partner ensuring business priorities stay on track. This role blends strategic alignment, operational efficiency, stakeholder management, and leadership support to drive organizational excellence.

What You Will Do

• Work closely with leadership to define, prioritize, and execute strategic initiatives and special projects end-to-end.
• Streamline processes and workflows to enhance productivity, audit operational gaps, and design scalable solutions.
• Act as a liaison between the Head of Diver Success and other internal and external departments to ensure seamless communication.
• Provide strategic counsel and support leadership in building an inclusive, engaged team culture.

What You Need

• Previous experience working with global talent, business operations, and client-facing roles.
• A T-shaped profile with deep vertical expertise and broad horizontal interests in organizational needs.
• Ability to manage, work with, and serve people from a broad range of backgrounds inclusively.
• Strong skills in strategy, operations, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration.

Work Arrangement

• Contract engagement
• Hybrid work model with 1 to 2 days per week in-person in Colombo
