About the Role

Radisson Hotel Group is seeking a commercially driven Assistant Digital Marketing Manager to oversee digital performance across four hospitality properties. This role focuses on executing digital campaigns, optimizing paid advertising, managing social media, and generating qualified leads to drive revenue growth across rooms, dining, and events.

What You Will Do

• Develop and execute digital campaigns to promote room bookings, restaurant reservations, F&B sales, and event enquiries
• Plan, optimize, and manage paid advertising budgets across Meta platforms and other digital channels to maximize return on ad spend
• Oversee social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok, managing content calendars and audience engagement
• Coordinate integrated marketing campaigns and collaborate with sales, PR, and F&B teams to meet monthly revenue targets
• Prepare performance reports tracking key metrics such as cost per lead, conversion rates, and advertising expenditure

What You Need

• A degree or professional qualification in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business, or a related field
• 3 to 5 years of digital marketing experience, ideally within tourism, hospitality, or consumer-facing industries
• Hands-on expertise with Meta Ads Manager, paid social campaigns, target audience segmentation, and budget optimization
• Demonstrated capability in generating qualified leads and converting digital audiences into business
