About the Role

MAS Holdings is seeking an Operations Intern to join their team based at Biyagama, offering hands-on exposure to supply chain, logistics, and procurement processes within a leading global manufacturing environment.

What You Will Do

• Handle order processing and ensure timely fulfillments
• Support inventory and warehouse management tasks
• Manage compliance and documentation for outbound shipments
• Coordinate effectively with transport and delivery partners
• Assist in data analysis, reporting, and maintaining daily status trackers
• Participate in team-driven process improvement projects

What You Need

• Basic understanding of operations, supply chain, logistics, or procurement processes
• Proficiency in MS Excel including data entry, pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and basic charts
• Familiarity with reporting and dashboards, with Power BI considered an advantage
• Capability to handle documentation such as purchase orders, invoices, delivery notes, and GRN support
• Experience maintaining trackers and daily status updates for follow-ups and lead times
• Exposure to ERP systems like SAP or Oracle as an added advantage
• Ability to support continuous improvement tasks including basic SOPs and flowcharts
• Familiarity with Power Apps, Power Automate, or SharePoint as a plus
• Strong email etiquette and professional communication skills for internal coordination

Work Arrangement

• Internship, full-time hours, based on-site at Biyagama
