About the Role

We are seeking an experienced L2 Systems Engineer to provide advanced technical support, manage cloud solutions, and maintain secure IT infrastructure across diverse client environments.

What You Will Do

• Deliver Level 2 technical support across on-premises and hybrid cloud environments to resolve incidents and service requests efficiently
• Administer and maintain Windows workstations, Windows Server infrastructure, and associated business applications
• Manage Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, Entra ID, and Intune user provisioning and licensing
• Deploy and manage Windows devices, application configurations, and security baselines using Microsoft Intune and NinjaOne RMM
• Monitor, verify, and restore backups using Veeam Backup & Replication to support disaster recovery readiness
• Investigate endpoint security threats and managed detection alerts through Huntress, performing initial remediation and escalations

What You Need

• At least 3 years of hands-on experience in Level 2 service desk support, systems administration, or managed IT services
• Strong troubleshooting skills across Windows endpoints, Windows Server, Microsoft 365, networking, and cloud services
• Practical experience delivering infrastructure and cloud projects such as Microsoft 365 migrations and Intune implementations
• Solid understanding of IT security, identity management, patch management, backup, and disaster recovery
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain technical issues to non-technical users
• Relevant Microsoft, CompTIA, ITIL, networking, or security certifications are advantageous
