About the Role

Millennium IT ESP is seeking an HR Operations & Analytics Intern to support day-to-day human resources and administrative functions across the employee lifecycle.

What You Will Do

• Assist with preparing, coordinating, and maintaining employee documentation, letters, forms, and records
• Update and manage employee information in HR systems, trackers, and databases
• Support employee onboarding and offboarding activities, including coordination and follow-ups
• Maintain complete, accurate, and up-to-date personnel files
• Coordinate with employees and internal stakeholders to collect required documentation for HR processes
• Help prepare People & Culture communications, including internal updates, employee notices, and event announcements
• Assist with employee engagement activities, awareness campaigns, and internal events
• Handle confidential organizational and employee information securely while providing general administrative support

What You Need

• Undergraduate student pursuing a professional qualification or degree in Human Resources Management, Business Management, or a related field
• Genuine interest in pursuing a career in Human Resources, specifically within HR operations
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Basic familiarity with design tools like Canva is an added advantage
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organizational, coordination skills, and attention to detail
• Ability to handle confidential data with discretion and manage multiple tasks effectively
• Proactive, eager to learn, and capable of collaborating well within a team

Work Arrangement

• Internship based in Colombo, Sri Lanka
