About the Role

Join Axiata Digital Labs as a Talent Acquisition Intern to support the recruitment team in sourcing, screening, and engaging top talent.

What You Will Do

• Source and attract candidates through job portals, social media, and referrals
• Screen resumes and conduct initial phone screenings
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers
• Create and post job advertisements across various platforms
• Conduct reference and background checks for potential candidates
• Maintain and update candidate databases and tracking systems
• Assist in organizing recruitment events and job fairs
• Provide administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team

What You Need

• Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field
• Strong interest in recruitment and talent acquisition
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Proactive and eager to learn

Work Arrangement

• Internship
• On-site in Colombo
