About the Role

A leading pharmaceutical distribution company in the Kalutara district is looking for a female HR undergraduate for a temporary training opportunity.

What You Will Do

• Assist with human resources and personnel operations
• Manage daily tasks with strong attention to detail and minimal supervision

What You Need

• Female candidate currently following an undergraduate degree in HR or related disciplines
• Outgoing personality with meticulous attention to detail
• Capability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Prior experience in HR or personnel assistant roles is considered advantageous

Hours and Pay

• 6-month training period with a possibility of permanent employment upon successful completion
