About the Role

We are looking for a dedicated Product Manager to manage product delivery, maintain our product roadmap, and turn operational needs into clear requirements across mobile apps, seller workflows, and internal admin tools.

What You Will Do

• Develop, maintain, and prioritize the product roadmap balancing customer needs and engineering capacity.
• Track projects, milestones, dependencies, and delivery blockers.
• Gather and analyze feedback from buyers, sellers, and internal teams to write clear product briefs and user stories.
• Review buyer mobile experiences and seller fulfilment workflows to suggest practical usability improvements.
• Conduct end-to-end hands-on testing, reproduce defects, and verify fixes.
• Communicate updates, risks, and progress clearly to leadership and engineering teams.
• Use AI tools responsibly for research, analysis, and requirements documentation.

What You Need

• 4+ years of experience in product management, product ownership, or software delivery within tech.
• Strong ability to translate business needs into actionable technical requirements.
• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
• Good UX judgment for mobile applications and operational workflows.
• Comfortable using project management and AI-powered productivity tools.
• Experience with B2B marketplaces, e-commerce, logistics, or SaaS is a plus.

Work Arrangement

• Full-time remote role with flexible work options (home or office).
• Paid in Australian Dollars.
