About the Role

IFS is looking for an undergraduate trainee to join the AI Experience Delivery Team in Colombo. In this role, you will work closely with a mentor to gain hands-on experience with AI tools like Microsoft Copilot while helping drive efficiency and customer experience improvements across the organization.

What You Will Do

• Manage day-to-day AI Engineering Feedback
• Handle AI solution roll-out metrics, reporting, and communication
• Manage the AI backlog and assist with requirement confirmation
• Support AI experience discovery activities including user interviews, feedback collection, and usage analysis
• Assist with AI solution validation prior to UAT
• Contribute to documentation and enablement materials
• Collaborate closely with AI Engineering, Product Owners, and Support teams

What You Need

• Currently working towards a degree in Business, Management, an IT-related subject, or an equivalent qualification
• Foundational understanding of key business functions such as sales, commercial operations, consulting, and support
• Strong awareness or interest in AI
• Familiarity with ITIL principles is considered beneficial
• Proficiency in fundamental computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite and basic software applications
• Strong command of written and verbal English
• Self-motivated with a positive, proactive problem-solving attitude and strong time management skills

Work Arrangement

• Full-time trainee position based in Colombo with flexible and hybrid work opportunities available
