About the Role

MindPlus (Pvt) Ltd is seeking an Accounts Intern to support their finance team with day-to-day financial operations in an internationally connected organization.

What You Will Do

• Assist in maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring proper documentation
• Help prepare financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
• Assist in processing invoices, payments, and receipts while supporting accounts payable and receivable management
• Support bank reconciliations and month-end financial reporting activities
• Assist in budget preparation, financial data analysis, and ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures

What You Need

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
• Strong analytical and numerical skills with high attention to detail
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently or in a team

Work Arrangement

• 6-month internship program based in Colombo, Sri Lanka
• High-performing candidates may be considered for a permanent position upon completion
