About the Role

IPD Colombo is seeking a dedicated Finance Intern to join our offshore team, gaining valuable professional experience through local and international exposure over a twelve-month period while qualifying for CASL training.

What You Will Do

• Gain hands-on experience in a fully integrated ERP system covering the entire accounting process
• Collaborate with local and international team members supporting Australian operations
• Manage deliverables with high integrity, professional conduct, and attention to detail

What You Need

• Registered student of CA Sri Lanka
• Excellent command of the English language alongside good interpersonal skills
• Undergraduate status in Finance or a related field where a finance internship is part of the degree is a plus
• Fluent in Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Excel, with ERP exposure being an added advantage
• Accountable, proactive, and strongly self-motivated with solid analytical skills

Work Arrangement

• Twelve-month internship duration
• On-site work location in Colombo
