About the Role

Oceans is seeking an Accounts Receivable & Financial Operations Specialist to join a growing pest management services company. In this role, you will take ownership of day-to-day accounts receivable execution, commercial billing workflows, collections support, and financial reporting across diverse sectors.

What You Will Do

• Execute daily AR workflows, monitor incoming customer payments, and process credit card transactions according to established procedures
• Maintain accurate customer account balances, track outstanding invoices, and respond professionally to billing inquiries
• Prepare and submit commercial account invoices through specialized third-party vendor portals while meeting tight submission deadlines
• Generate recurring weekly accounts receivable and collections reports to assist the on-site collections team with prioritization
• Assist with routine account reconciliation activities by verifying financial transactions and reviewing ledger balances for inconsistencies
• Maintain accurate customer profile and billing data within PestPac CRM using Microsoft Excel and Google Workspace

What You Need

• Hands-on experience in accounts receivable, commercial invoicing, collections support, or financial operations
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Workspace, billing and CRM software like PestPac, and specialized vendor portals
• Strong understanding of AR workflows, payment tracking, balance reporting, and account reconciliation support
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and accountable approach with excellent written English skills for professional customer communications

Work Arrangement

• Fully remote work arrangement based in Sri Lanka
• Collaborate with internal finance teams and collections personnel while supporting a growing pest management services company
