About the Role

Oceans is seeking a TikTok Shop Director to take complete ownership of TikTok Shop as a standalone D2C business line for a fast-growing beauty and hair care brand expanding across Latin American markets. You will combine strategic planning, financial accountability, and hands-on execution to drive revenue growth and channel profitability.

What You Will Do

• Develop and execute the overarching channel growth strategy to scale revenue and contribution margins
• Own the monthly TikTok Shop P&L, monitoring gross merchandise value, costs, and financial forecasts
• Manage day-to-day platform operations through Seller Center, ensuring product catalog accuracy and inventory availability
• Oversee paid media strategies, manage GMV Max campaigns, and optimize advertising budgets and ROAS
• Maintain the promotional calendar, coordinating LIVE shopping events and campaign launches across Latin American markets
• Lead the TikTok Affiliate Manager and collaborate across creative, inventory, and digital teams

What You Need

• Proven track record scaling TikTok Shop revenue for a beauty, hair care, or DTC CPG brand with direct accountability over channel revenue and profitability
• Expert-level mastery of TikTok Shop Seller Center, TikTok GMV Max, affiliate management platforms, and LIVE commerce tools
• Strong fluency in channel P&L management, contribution margin modeling, ROAS analysis, in-stock rate tracking, and conversion rate optimization
• Highly commercial, analytical, and proactive leadership mindset suited for a fast-paced environment

Work Arrangement

• Remote work arrangement with split shifts requiring time zone overlap, including required in-person training programs during the first 3.5 weeks
