About the Role

Oceans is seeking a Lifecycle Marketing Manager to drive patient engagement, conversion optimization, and service-line expansion for a growing multi-state healthcare organization. In this dynamic role, you will take strategic and hands-on ownership of the entire patient journey from initial inquiry to ongoing treatment evaluations.

What You Will Do

• Own messaging and conversion strategies for physician referrals, organic search inquiries, website visitors, and partner facility traffic.
• Develop targeted retention, nurturing, and return-to-care campaigns across physical therapy, medical, and laboratory service lines using GoHighLevel and integrated tools.
• Collaborate with front desk leadership and clinical teams to standardize response times, validate medical claims, and optimize scheduling handoffs.
• Build, launch, and manage segmented email and SMS campaigns, configuring routine automation workflows and suppression rules.
• Formulate and execute structured A/B tests on subject lines, messaging angles, SMS timing, and landing page experiences.
• Establish baseline performance scorecards, track pipeline outcomes, and deliver data-backed recommendations to leadership.

What You Need

• Proven expertise in strategic journey architecture and day-to-day CRM campaign execution.
• Experience working with platforms such as GoHighLevel and Phreesia for omni-channel messaging and workflow automation.
• Strong background in conversion rate optimization (CRO), audience segmentation, and campaign analytics.
• Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with clinical leadership, operations teams, and external technical consultants.
