About the Role

Oceans is seeking a Senior Website Implementation Specialist to join a growing multifamily real estate firm supporting a nationwide portfolio of residential properties. You will take hands-on technical ownership of the client’s Drupal CMS ecosystem hosted on Acquia, building robust, fully functioning property websites from briefs and creative assets.

What You Will Do

• Build, configure, and maintain residential property websites within the client's Acquia-hosted Drupal architecture using supplied briefs and creative assets.
• Perform custom backend coding and manual configuration when native CMS functionality or standard modules are insufficient, ensuring strict compatibility with existing environments.
• Execute end-to-end new property website implementations and replicate established web architectures across expanding portfolio properties.
• Serve as the primary owner of the incoming website support and maintenance ticket queue, triaging and resolving change requests in accordance with established SLAs.
• Conduct thorough functional and visual testing on all website builds and updates prior to QA handoff, maintaining rigorous file and asset organization.
• Incorporate AI tools like Claude into daily technical workflows to investigate code, troubleshoot bugs, and accelerate implementation tasks.

What You Need

• At least 4 years of professional web development and CMS implementation experience, with dedicated, hands-on expertise building and maintaining customized Drupal websites.
• Extensive proficiency with Drupal backend architecture, modules, and configurations, alongside hands-on experience operating within the Acquia Cloud ecosystem.
• Familiarity with project management platforms like Notion and ticketing systems like Jira.
• Demonstrated ability to manage high-volume ticketing queues, monitor SLA commitments, and execute rigorous QA testing protocols.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented mindset with a disciplined execution style and strong adherence to documentation and standardized file structures.

Work Arrangement

• Full-time remote role based in Sri Lanka.
