About the Role

Oceans is seeking a hands-on Senior Marketing Strategist for a fast-growing AI security startup to build the marketing function from the ground up. This player-coach role requires strategic planning and direct execution to drive growth in the U.S. market.

What You Will Do

• Develop and execute a comprehensive, repeatable marketing strategy aligned with revenue objectives.
• Own strategic positioning and messaging for complex AI and cybersecurity products for the U.S. enterprise market.
• Build and manage inbound content marketing, email marketing architecture, and lead-nurturing initiatives from scratch.
• Evaluate website performance and implement conversion rate optimization improvements to enhance funnel entry.
• Establish marketing KPIs and performance dashboards while partnering closely with Sales and leadership.

What You Need

• Mid-to-senior marketing experience with proven ownership in building marketing functions from scratch in early-stage startups.
• Demonstrated experience marketing complex B2B technology products like AI, cybersecurity, or SaaS to the U.S. enterprise market.
• Hands-on mastery across content creation, organic acquisition, email/outbound marketing, lead generation, website positioning, and CRO.
• Strong analytical judgment with a proven ability to build KPI frameworks and make data-driven decisions.
• Professional fluency in English with exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
