About the Role

As a Marketing Success Manager, you own both the client relationship and the marketing results behind it by managing a portfolio of practice owners, leading their strategy reviews, and ensuring campaign performance.

What You Will Do

• Act as the dedicated point of contact for your portfolio, building long-term, trusted relationships and spotting churn risk early.
• Lead review and strategy meetings to drive retention, renewals, and client satisfaction.
• Track campaign performance across SEO, websites, social media, reputation management, and paid ads to push for better ROI.
• Turn marketing data into clear business value such as more leads, new patients, and revenue, presenting results in plain language.
• Bridge clients and Ekwa specialist teams to keep deliverables aligned with client goals and identify account growth opportunities.

What You Need

• Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or equivalent experience.
• 1+ years in client success, account management, or digital marketing, with agency experience preferred.
• Working knowledge of SEO, websites, social media, online reputation, and paid advertising, along with confidence in marketing analytics tools.
• Excellent spoken and written English with a strong presence on calls with North American clients.
• Organised, proactive, and capable of running multiple accounts simultaneously, with healthcare or professional-services experience as an advantage.

Work Arrangement

• Full-time remote role working from the comfort of your own home in Sri Lanka.
• Work 8 hours a day between 6:30 PM and 5:30 AM to deal with US clients, with additional hours required as needed.
• Remuneration starting from 110,000 LKR inclusive of basic and fixed allowances, with a probation confirmation increment after 6 months.
