About the Role

Take charge of auditing, fixing, and building our end-to-end email and messaging setup from scratch in this new and growing function. You will have real ownership of messaging performance while collaborating closely with multiple internal teams and international brands.

What You Will Do

• Manage email deliverability, sender reputation, inbox placement, domain warm-ups, and sending practices including SPF, DKIM, and DMARC
• Execute email, SMS, and WhatsApp campaigns and automations
• Handle contact list segmentation, suppression, hygiene, and ethical growth
• Oversee event communications covering registrations, reminders, follow-ups, and replay campaigns
• Establish standard operating procedures (SOPs) and rules for how teams use email, SMS, and WhatsApp
• Conduct split testing on subject lines, timing, and calls-to-action while providing improvement recommendations
• Deliver weekly performance reports tracking opens, clicks, conversions, and key performance indicators

What You Need

• 2 to 3+ years of professional experience in email, SMS, CRM, or lifecycle marketing
• Hands-on expertise with email marketing platforms and deliverability monitoring
• Working knowledge of SPF, DKIM, DMARC, domain reputation, and warm-ups
• Practical experience running SMS campaigns, with WhatsApp marketing considered a plus
• Strong background in building customer journeys, automation, and audience segmentation
• Comfort with building systems and processes entirely from scratch
• Excellent organizational and communication skills

Work Arrangement

• Work-from-home remote role requiring 8 hours daily, consisting of 5 hours during the day and a non-negotiable 3 hours at night to align with U.S. clients, with flexible scheduling conditions available
• Remuneration starts from 90,000 LKR inclusive of basic pay and fixed allowances, with a probation confirmation increment after 6 months
• Enrolled in EPF and ETF as per Sri Lankan labor law, supported by paid leave, selected professional training and certification programs, and performance-based annual rewards
