Ekwa Marketing Inc. works with industry experts to build impactful personal brands and online presence. They are currently seeking a dedicated professional to own and execute a comprehensive branding strategy for a healthcare marketing founder.

About the Role

Ekwa Marketing Inc. is looking for a dedicated professional to build and manage a healthcare marketing founder's personal brand from the ground up. You will take full ownership of the strategy, scripting, on-camera direction, content editing oversight, and multi-platform publishing to convert audiences into podcast invitations and speaking engagements.

What You Will Do

• Define and defend the founder's positioning, content pillars, and unique voice
• Write all scripts, hooks, and long-form posts to ensure a continuous content flow
• Lead remote recording sessions, directing the founder to maintain energy and capture usable takes
• Brief video editors, review cuts, and manage the production schedule
• Publish native content daily across YouTube, LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok without cross-posting
• Redesign the founder's website to streamline podcast and event bookings
• Pitch directly to podcast hosts and event programmers, tracking the pipeline to confirmed bookings
• Analyze weekly performance data and rapidly adjust strategies based on results

What You Need

• Proven track record of growing a real account with verifiable numbers
• Excellent writing capabilities covering hooks, scripts, long-form posts, and cold pitches
• Working knowledge of filming and editing processes
• Fluency across YouTube, LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok
• Strong analytical skills to interpret performance data and make informed decisions
• Confident use of AI tools for efficient content production
• Ability to confidently direct senior personnel and provide constructive feedback
• Strong self-management skills to meet daily deadlines independently

Work Arrangement

• Full-time remote work arrangement based in Sri Lanka
• Flexible 8-hour workday schedule, allowing 5 hours during the day and 3 hours at night
• Starting salary of 100,000 LKR per month with potential increment after a 6-month probation
