About the Role

Secure IQ Services is hiring its first outbound sales professional to launch and scale their sales engine. This hands-on role focuses on building outreach systems, generating qualified B2B leads, and securing live meetings with key decision-makers.

What You Will Do

• Execute outbound prospecting via cold calling, email campaigns, and LinkedIn targeting founders, CEOs, and hiring executives
• Secure and book qualified live calls using a consultative and problem-led approach
• Build, document, and refine outreach scripts, playbooks, and objection-handling guides
• Track and log key performance indicators within the CRM system
• Collaborate closely with the founder to optimize messaging and targeting strategies
• Support the onboarding and training of future appointment setters as the team expands

What You Need

• Minimum of 3 years of professional experience delivering results in staffing, recruitment, BPO, or outsourcing sales
• Proven track record of generating leads and scheduling meetings with senior decision-makers
• Proficiency with CRM platforms, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and outbound automation technology
• Strong cold calling background with confidence in navigating gatekeepers and handling objections
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills for client-facing interactions
• Self-starter mindset capable of building processes autonomously without a pre-set playbook
• Comfortable beginning with a performance-driven trial period tied to qualified appointments and closed deals
• Reliable home setup including high-speed internet, a modern computer, a quiet workspace, and a quality headset or microphone

Work Arrangement

• Remote work arrangement allowing you to operate flexibly from home
• Contract engagement starting with an hourly rate plus commission trial phase, with potential for transition to a standard salary and commission structure
