About the Role

Deep Tec Engineering is looking for motivated individuals to work remotely as part-time sales executives across the island. This role focuses on generating leads and identifying new customers for smart agriculture solutions, water pumps, and solar systems within your local region.

What You Will Do

• Identify potential customers, including farmers, landowners, dealers, and business owners in your area
• Promote solar water pumps and other company solutions
• Refer qualified sales leads to the Deep Tec sales team
• Gather customer requirements and coordinate with the head office
• Assist with customer follow-ups to support successful sales conversions

What You Need

• Good communication skills and a strong interest in sales networking
• Access to a smartphone with WhatsApp usage capabilities
• Good local knowledge of your designated area
• Experience in technical sales, hardware, solar, or the agriculture sector is an advantage
• Existing networks with farmers, dealers, or business contacts are helpful
• Self-motivated and result-oriented approach

Hours and Pay

• Flexible remote hours with no weekly office reporting required
• Attractive sales commissions and performance incentives provided
• One-day training program conducted at the Deep Tec head office in Malabe for selected candidates
