About the Role

Bee And Rose Flora is seeking a customer-focused team member to handle online sales communications and order management. The position involves responding to inquiries, processing order information, and liaising with florists and courier personnel to ensure timely deliveries.

What You Will Do

• Respond to incoming calls and messages across WhatsApp, social media, and other online platforms
• Provide details on flower customization, bouquet pricing, and delivery options to prospective clients
• Take and log accurate customer order details, tracking payments, advance deposits, and balances
• Coordinate with florists to ensure arrangements meet customer specifications and timeframes
• Schedule dispatches with delivery staff and verify recipient contact information, addresses, and delivery slots
• Keep clients updated on order progress, resolve complaints professionally, and record daily sales updates
• Support social media promotions and related sales efforts as needed

What You Need

• Strong customer service skills with fluency in written and spoken English and Sinhala
• Basic computer proficiency and experience using social media platforms and WhatsApp
• Good organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask during peak times
• A positive attitude, accountability, and eagerness to learn
• Background in online sales, order coordination, or customer support is preferred but not required
