About the Role

Ekwa Marketing Inc. is seeking an Account Executive based in Sri Lanka to manage inbound leads, close deals, and represent the company to prospective clients across North America in a full-cycle inside sales capacity.

What You Will Do

• Close inbound leads, run tailored follow-ups, and re-engage dormant prospects
• Partner with BDRs on scripts, outreach, and lead handoffs while providing regular feedback and mentorship
• Maintain a clean, accurate, and automated CRM pipeline using HubSpot
• Represent Ekwa as a marketing expert at industry webinars and virtual events
• Contribute to battle cards, case studies, proposals, and outreach content
• Track industry trends, competitor moves, and test new outreach channels
• Build a professional presence on LinkedIn as a subject-matter voice for Ekwa
• Report weekly and monthly on pipeline, conversions, and personal metrics

What You Need

• Minimum 2-3 years of sales experience, preferably in inbound or consultative sales
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills with client-ready fluency
• Hands-on experience with HubSpot or similar CRM and sales automation tools
• Strong analytical thinking with the ability to read pipeline data and adjust strategies
• Proactive, self-directed mindset capable of managing multiple priorities independently
• Comfort engaging directly with North American clients via calls, emails, and virtual events

Work Arrangement

• Remote role with work-from-home flexibility
• Full-time schedule working 8 hours a day between 6:30 PM and 5:30 AM, with additional hours as needed
• Monthly starting remuneration from 150,000 LKR inclusive of basic and fixed allowances, with a probation confirmation increment after 6 months
• Includes EPF/ETF enrollment, paid leave, professional training and certification programs, and annual performance-based rewards
