About the Role

CK Funded is seeking a driven Business Development Manager to spearhead growth across South Asia by building strategic partnerships and converting leads into active funded accounts.

What You Will Do

• Develop and execute a localized business development strategy for the South Asian market
• Onboard institutional traders, educators, influencers, and affiliates in the trading sector
• Generate qualified leads and guide them toward active funded accounts
• Promote the brand through webinars, digital campaigns, events, and in-person meetings
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align strategies with market demands
• Provide insights on competitor activity, market trends, and product positioning
• Monitor sales metrics and report on performance KPIs regularly

What You Need

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance, Marketing, Business, or a related discipline
• Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, business development, or partnerships
• Prior background working within a forex, fintech, prop firm, or trading platform company
• Professional fluency in English; proficiency in Sinhala or Tamil is an asset
• Strong knowledge of B2B/B2C channels, client acquisition, and global trading markets
• Familiarity with CRM tools and reporting dashboards
• Proven track record of hitting sales targets in the tech or financial sectors

Work Arrangement

• Full-time remote working setup based in Sri Lanka
• Base salary of $4,500 USD per year plus performance-based commissions
