About the Role

Join the Bodywear Value Stream at MAS Holdings as a Merchandising Intern based at Pelawatta, supporting end-to-end design, innovation, and manufacturing solutions for leading global apparel brands.

What You Will Do

• Collaborate with internal teams on new sample developments such as pre-production fit samples.
• Identify and order raw materials including trims and fabrics for sample development stages.
• Maintain positive relationships with external suppliers to ensure a smooth delivery process.
• Follow up continuously with internal and external teams to meet sample development deadlines.
• Utilize SAP, customer PLM, and One PLM systems and applications.
• Keep accurate records of orders and relevant information while ensuring compliance with internal policies.
• Identify and process new product sample requirements using customer tech packs.
• Monitor inventory levels for sample development, forecast demand, and coordinate with the PDC.

What You Need

• Be a graduate or undergraduate in Marketing, Business Management, or a relevant field.

Work Arrangement

• Full-time internship based at Pelawatta.
