About the Role

Radisson Hotel Group is seeking a dedicated Revenue Manager to join their dynamic team, bringing strategic insight and a goal-oriented mindset to optimize revenue streams.

What You Will Do

• Support smooth departmental operations by managing hotel reservations and meeting and events inquiries.
• Drive guest satisfaction proactively through responsive inquiry handling and effective problem resolution.
• Create and implement strategies to identify, communicate, and achieve key revenue management metrics.
• Oversee the team lifecycle within the department to foster growth, development, and high performance.
• Maintain departmental budgets, controlling costs and inventory while hitting productivity and performance targets.
• Build collaborative working relationships with key stakeholders and review business performance to drive financial results.
• Ensure adherence to legislation, managing due diligence and best practices for internal and external audits.

What You Need

• Proven experience in revenue management along with strong problem-solving capabilities.
• Excellent managerial skills featuring a hands-on approach and a lead-by-example working style.
• Strong commitment to outstanding guest service and a passion for the hospitality industry.
• Ability to find creative solutions and provide sound advice and recommendations.
• Personal integrity suited for a demanding environment requiring excellence, time, and energy.

• Full-time mid-senior level engagement based in Kalpitiya, Sri Lanka with remote work arrangements.
