About the Role

Bubble Mania is seeking enthusiastic Trainee Crew Members to join its outlet team in Malabe. This entry-level position offers full on-the-job instruction and clear opportunities for long-term career growth within the food and beverage industry.

What You Will Do

• Greet arriving customers and deliver friendly, helpful service.
• Record food and beverage orders and process customer payments.
• Help prepare food and drink items according to store standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation across all work areas.
• Adhere to workplace guidelines and food safety protocols.
• Assist with general day-to-day store operations and support team members.

What You Need

• School leavers are welcome to apply; no prior work experience is required.
• Previous experience in the food and beverage industry is a plus.
• Good communication skills and a focus on customer service.
• A positive attitude with a strong willingness to learn.
• Reliable, punctual, and capable of working well in a team environment.
• Ability to work according to a shift schedule.

Hours and Pay

• Monthly salary ranges between LKR 35,000 and LKR 45,000.
• Work is conducted on a shift basis.
• Duty meals, initial training, and promotion opportunities are provided.
