About the Role

Bubble Mania is looking for enthusiastic Trainee Crew Members to join its store team at One Galle Face in Colombo 3. This entry-level role provides hands-on practical experience in food and beverage retail, offering complete training and opportunities for long-term career growth within the outlet.

What You Will Do

• Greet visiting customers warmly and deliver attentive service
• Receive customer orders accurately and handle cash and card payments
• Assist with preparing food and beverage products to quality standards
• Keep food prep areas, counters, and overall outlet clean and hygienic
• Comply strictly with internal operating procedures and food safety guidelines
• Support everyday outlet operations and work collaboratively with team members

What You Need

• School leavers are welcome to apply; prior work experience is not required
• Previous experience in the food and beverage industry is an added advantage
• Good communication and customer service abilities
• A positive mind-set and eagerness to gain new skills on the job
• Strong sense of responsibility, punctuality, and team spirit
• Willingness and flexibility to work shift-based hours

Hours and Pay

• Monthly remuneration ranges from LKR 35,000 to LKR 45,000
• Work is organized on a shift-based schedule
• Complimentary staff meals are provided while on duty
• On-the-job training and ongoing skill development are provided
