About the Role

A popular dining establishment in Colombo 7 is recruiting cashiers for part-time or full-time arrangements. The role involves managing front-of-house billing operations, handling customer payments, and recommending menu offerings.

What You Will Do

• Process customer payments using a computerized Point of Sales (POS) system
• Engage with guests to perform upselling and cross-selling of menu items
• Maintain accuracy in cash handling and counter operations

What You Need

• At least one year of experience working as a cashier in a fast food outlet or pastry shop
• Hands-on experience with computerized POS software
• Credit passes in Mathematics and English at the GCE O/L examination
• Functional working proficiency in English
• Age below 25 years
• A pleasant personality with good customer service abilities
• Proximity to Colombo 7 is preferred

Hours and Pay

• Part-time and full-time arrangements available
• Remuneration is negotiable
