About the Role

Beacon & Co Pvt Ltd. is hiring Trainee Crew Members for its Bubble Mania outlet in Narahenpita. This entry-level role involves assisting with daily store operations, taking orders, preparing food and drinks, and serving customers while receiving structured training.

What You Will Do

• Greet customers politely, record orders, and process payments
• Assist in preparing food and beverage items according to brand guidelines
• Keep work areas clean and adhere strictly to food safety standards
• Support team members with general outlet duties and daily routines

What You Need

• Clear communication and strong customer service skills
• A positive attitude, punctuality, and willingness to learn
• Ability to work comfortably on a shift schedule
• No prior experience is required, making school leavers eligible, though past F&B experience is an advantage

Hours and Pay

• Work is scheduled on a shift basis
• Monthly salary ranges from LKR 35,000 to LKR 45,000
• Includes duty meals, on-the-job training, and career progression paths
