About the Role

MAS Holdings is looking for an enthusiastic intern to join the Group Lean Enterprise team based in Malabe. This internship offers hands-on experience in research, data analysis, and process improvement within a leading global manufacturing organization.

What You Will Do

• Research, develop, and test SI and MP concepts in collaboration with central, divisional, plant teams, and industry experts to drive continuous improvement.
• Build relevant power applications and Power BI dashboards for efficient data capturing and analysis.
• Collaborate closely with divisional and plant teams to identify and resolve performance gaps and operational bottlenecks.

What You Need

• Currently pursuing a degree in Data Analytics, Supply Chain Management & Logistics, Mathematics, Statistics, or Management Studies from a recognized university.
• Basic understanding of Lean manufacturing and supply chain management principles.
• Familiarity with Power BI and Power Automate.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Fluent in both Sinhala and English.

Work Arrangement

• Full-time internship based on-site in Malabe.
