About the Role

Naturals Lanka Grooming Pvt Ltd is seeking a Finance Intern to join their team in Colombo 5. This internship provides hands-on exposure to corporate finance functions within a large multi-branch organisation.

What You Will Do

• Assist in preparing monthly management reports and conducting financial analysis
• Support accounts payable and accounts receivable operations
• Help with bank reconciliations and daily finance tasks
• Track franchise royalties and assist with collections reporting
• Support payroll administration and maintain employee records
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and business performance analysis
• Contribute to statutory compliance, audit preparation, and process improvements

What You Need

• Currently an undergraduate or recent graduate in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
• Part qualification in professional bodies such as AAT, CA Sri Lanka, CIMA, or ACCA is an advantage
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and Microsoft Excel
• Strong attention to detail, analytical abilities, and problem-solving skills
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
