About the Role

MAS Holdings is looking for a Finance Intern to join their team in Biyagama. This internship provides hands-on exposure to corporate financial operations, record management, and cross-functional coordination within a leading global manufacturing organization.

What You Will Do

Submit payment requests and coordinate with finance teams to ensure timely settlements
Perform advance payment clearance and reconciliation activities
Maintain trackers, monitor payment status, and prepare daily status updates including follow-ups, lead times, and pending lists
Raise Purchase Requisitions (PRs) and process transactions using SAP
Handle supporting financial documents while ensuring compliance with internal procedures
Coordinate with operations teams to follow up on pending actions
Process and raise invoices accurately and efficiently

What You Need

Currently an undergraduate or a graduate in Finance, Accounting, or a related field, with professional qualifications like CIMA considered an added advantage
Basic understanding of operations, supply chain, logistics, or procurement processes
Proficiency in MS Excel for data analysis, reconciliation, and reporting
Strong capability in maintaining accurate records, trackers, and financial documentation
Strong follow-up and coordination skills
Ability to navigate and process transactions in SAP
