About the Role

MAS Holdings is looking for an Employee Relations Intern to support workforce operations at its Mahiyanganaya facility within the Activewear Value Stream.

What You Will Do

• Analyze and monitor module-wise cadre requirements against budgeted requirements to ensure effective and timely fulfillment
• Update and maintain ER reports, books, charts, and SAP records regarding labor turnover and absenteeism
• Store records securely and share them with relevant parties on a daily, weekly, monthly, or ad-hoc basis as requested by HODs
• Perform additional duties commensurate with the role as requested by management

What You Need

• A degree or diploma in business management, with HRM being advantageous
• Good communication skills
• Interpersonal skills and strong IT literacy

• Internship
• On-site at Mahiyanganaya
