About the Role

Oceans is seeking a hands-on AI Performance Marketer to take full ownership of client paid acquisition engines across Meta and Google within an AI-forward growth environment. You will work closely with leadership to drive profitable customer acquisition for proactive health and medical imaging clients.

What You Will Do

• Build, launch, test, troubleshoot, and scale performance marketing campaigns across Meta Ads and Google Ads
• Independently manage Google Ads in-house, optimizing Google Search and Performance Max campaigns while scaling Meta advertising within strict acquisition economics
• Independently build, ship, and test landing page experiences and run rapid conversion rate optimization experiments
• Conceptualize and direct performance-focused creative assets, copywriting, and messaging frameworks aligned with brand and healthcare standards
• Own technical measurement and tracking stacks, configuring Google Tag Manager, Meta Conversions API, and attribution models
• Build and deploy production-level AI workflows, agentic systems, and growth automations using APIs, MCPs, and advanced AI platforms

What You Need

• Extensive hands-on media buying experience across Meta Ads and Google Ads with a proven scaling track record
• Expertise in D2C, e-commerce, health-tech, or regulated advertising environments
• Expert proficiency in Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Google Tag Manager, Meta Conversions API, Google Analytics, and landing page builders
• Advanced technical tracking capabilities, including pixel troubleshooting and attribution modeling
• Demonstrated experience building and deploying production-level AI workflows and scripts using APIs, MCPs, and tools like Claude Code or Codex
• Highly autonomous mindset with T-shaped expertise blending deep paid media skills and broad CRO/AI capabilities

• Fully remote role based in Sri Lanka
