About the Role

Oceans is seeking a Senior Graphic Designer to join a fast-growing digital operations team within a dynamic beauty and hair-care brand expanding across LATAM. You will produce consistent, performance-oriented visual content across paid advertising, organic social, email marketing, landing pages, and e-commerce touchpoints.

What You Will Do

• Maintain visual identity and standards across digital touchpoints, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines
• Design high-converting static and motion advertisements for paid digital and social campaigns
• Craft creative graphics, layouts, and promotional templates for organic social media and email marketing
• Produce visual assets for landing pages, product detail pages, and marketplace listings like Amazon and TikTok Shop
• Develop animated graphics, motion-based ad creatives, and dynamic visual treatments from static design briefs

What You Need

• Proven graphic design experience within DTC, e-commerce, beauty, hair-care, or consumer goods brands with a strong multi-channel portfolio
• Advanced proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and Canva, with preferred experience in AI-assisted design and automated resizing workflows
• Strong background in executing creative briefs independently, managing design template libraries, and adapting visuals for e-commerce platforms
• High production speed, meticulous attention to visual detail, low revision requirements, and a collaborative approach to performance feedback

Work Arrangement

• Remote role working a split shift with some overlap with the client's time zone, alongside required in-person training programs during the first 3.5 weeks
